Payment Solutions Manager

Job Profile:

• Managing the existing Payment Service Providers for the company and ensure the onboarding of reputable companies.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) based on the business requirements and the targeted markets.

• Be able to identify and evaluate the conditions of the PSPs to provide the utmost benefit for the company

• Research and identify top tier banking solutions for the company. This includes EMIs (Electronic Money Institutions), brick and mortar Banks.

• Manage PSP performance (approval ratio) and volumes and ensure systems are functioning correctly.

• Experience in CRMs and back office systems.

• Serve as the primary contact with the payment providers and manage escalations of payment-related issues to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Ensure that you are updated on new payment solutions and industry trends through research and networking in all regions.

• Monitor and ensure payment provider settlements and bank reconciliations, reconciling payments received against retail client statement

• Communicate regularly with partners / end users to identify opportunities and stay updated on payment solutions in the marketplace.

• Supervise existing and ongoing relationships between our company and PSPs to ensure proper relationship management.

• Report directly to management on performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to ensure Company is up-to-date on the financial conditions.

Requirements

• College / University in business / finance, or a related field

• At least 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial industry sector.

• Knowledge of Payment Operations Platforms (Cashier): routing, cascading, rules, etc.

• Knowledge of CRM and Back Office systems

• Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all payment providers.

• Experience in reviewing processes and system functionalities to drive optimization and improvement efforts.

• Detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to meet strict management requirements

• Advanced MS Excel and Word skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
