Before this update, when the NEO or PRO trading apps would lose connection to the server (e.g. in areas of poor mobile connectivity), they would show an error message and send the user back to the Login screen. The user would then need to click the “Login” button to go back to the applications.
With the May 2024 update, a transparent reconnect mechanism has been implemented that shows an unobtrusive notification and attempts to reconnect automatically after a short back-off period. Manual reconnects can be connected at any time by the user.
When selecting an open position (so that the “Modify” sidebar is shown) in the PRO Trading App, a bright green line now marks the open price in the chart.
Brands can now opt-in for their users to receive AI-generated market newsletters every morning at the start of their day.
Newsletters are customized for the trader, covering only instruments they are watching or have a position in. They will combine economic calendar events with market data to provide a recap and outlook into the coming day.

A Group Admin user role has been introduced which has access to a subset of features such as viewing and modifying users which are assigned to any of their groups, viewing positions of those users or changing group-level settings for their own groups.
Trading commissions can now be configured per group and are visible to the customer in their account statements.
The instrument configuration page in the admin portal now features a chart showing 15 mins of historical data and real time pricing updates of the raw prices coming in through the feed.
This helps to configure new symbols and ensures the price feed is connected correctly without going back and forth between Admin Portal and the Trading Apps.
