Compliance Manager

Wintrado, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of legal experience in the financial services sector to join our Legal and Compliance Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining our legal, compliance, and AML policies and procedures, ensuring that Wintrado remains fully compliant with all regulatory requirements. The role will also include responsibilities related to HR duties.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain adequate Legal, Compliance, and AML policies and procedures.

• Prepare and/or review partnership agreements, service-level agreements, and client agreements.

• Prepare reports for submission to regulatory authorities and the Company’s Board.

• Produce internal procedural documentation.

• Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and directives issued by authorities.

• Assess the impact of forthcoming regulations.

• Work closely with all departments to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Liaise with external lawyers as needed.

• Train employees about new regulations, directives, and internal policies.

• Assist in HR duties, including the preparation and review of employment contracts and policies.

• Perform administrative duties as required to support the Legal and Compliance Department.

• Perform any other legal, compliance-related, administrative, or HR tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the Compliance or Legal Department in Financial Services with exposure to administration and HR duties.

• Understanding of the regulations of the Forex Industry.

• University Degree in Law.

• AML and/or any other related Diploma will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.

• Must be a dedicated and trustworthy individual.
