Back Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Account opening procedures: Individual and Corporate.

• Assisting the MLCO (Compliance Officer) with the maintenance and update of the Client account opening procedures.

• Providing Company legal information to the Clients (terms of business of the Company, Client agreements).

• Assisting with the conduct of the due diligence procedures at the account opening stage (“Know-Your-Client” procedures).

• Monitoring the economic profile of the clients if it matches with the money deposited or their trading activity. This will be explained in more detail.

• Ensure the approval of a client account and for the duration of the account operation, monitor Clients regarding suspicious transactions with assistance from the dealing department, whereas these do not match with their investment profile and notify the MLCO (compliance department).

• Checking the Client relationship on the CRM and updating account managers accordingly.

• Informing the Clients in writing that their personal details shall not be used for any other purposes other than the provision of the services specified in the Client Agreement. (GDPR)

• Delivering Client agreements to Clients.

• Daily client funds reconciliation and interaction with the Accounting department.

• Client record keeping and documentation filing. (Online and offline)

• Client Agreements and all the relevant documentation (“Know-Your-Client” procedure documents)

• Client Complaints, managing them and proper documentation.

• Company’s own account records.

Job requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is a must

• CySEC Advanced/Basic Certificate would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of KYC principles & reconciliation of client funds.

• Knowledge of trading Platforms/Managers
